1.      Eat Brazil Nuts
According to last night’s Evening Standard:
“SAD makes people crave carbohydrates,” says Dr Bijlani. “But they cause blood sugar to rise and then dip dramatically, leading to mood swings.” Instead, feast on Brazil nuts as they are rich in selenium. Low daily intakes of this mineral appear to exacerbate low moods.  Not recommended if you have or think you might have a nut allergy or dodgy teeth.  
2.      Curl up with a cup of coffee and the Supplier Survey
Well maybe not curl up but make yourself comfortable and spend 5 minutes making sure your voice is heard:
