The Foreign and International Law course is jointly run by BIALL and the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS).

The aim of the course is to introduce the legal systems of, and sources that can be used to find, public international law, the law of European and Latin American countries, the law of Africa and Asia, and US law. The speakers are from IALS Library, the Squire Law Library, the Bodleian Law Library and the School of Oriental and African Studies Library. The course will be a mixture of presentations and practical exercises. Please note that this course will not cover EU law.
